The Session Follow-Up Automation

The true power of session tracking is the automated follow-up. Using this template, you can trigger specific content based on which session they attended:

• Speaker Assets: Trigger an email 15 minutes after a session ends containing the slide deck.
• Relevant Offers: If an attendee goes to the 'Intermediate Facebook Ads' session, tag them for your high-level coaching program.
• Missed Session Alerts: Trigger a 'Sorry we missed you' email if they registered for a session but weren't checked in.

Integration with Tixified

Tixified allows you to create multiple check-in points. Map each check-in point to a specific Keap Tag. For example, scanning a ticket at 'Room 201' applies the tag 'Attended: Marketing Mastery'.
